Monica Montoya
Executive director
Monica Montoya is the founding member of Debatable Productions. She is so grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community and create a positive environment for young artists to learn and grow. She appreciates the passion Debatable Team has for cultivating and supporting the arts and hopes to continue to expand the company in all kinds of amazing ways. Monica oversees all aspects of Debatable Productions and encourages artists to come and be mentored by our wonderful volunteer staff of working professionals; from lighting design to music direction, there’s a place for everyone and always a skill to be learned.

Terry Ann Kamp
Director of finance/BUSINESS MANAGER
Terry Ann Kamp possesses a “real world” legal and financial background and a strong skill set in operations with a focus on organization and problem solving. She has extensive experience with theatrical productions and looks forward to using her leadership and passionate enthusiasm each step of the way with Debatable Productions.

Lilly Dollenmayer
Director of marketing and branding
Lilly Dollenmayer brings over 20 years of design experience, having worked with clients such as Disney, Mattel, Blizzard Entertainment, Spelling Entertainment, Panasonic, JBL Professional, Capitol Records, Hallmark, Warner Brothers, etc. She holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Communications Design from Parsons School of Design, NYC. Lilly is very passionate about community involvement and leadership development. Mentoring our design teams while creating the marketing and branding for our programs is a dream come true for her. She has been steadfast in this commitment bringing decades of experience in community involvement and non-profit management.

Aaron Daniel Jacob
Development manager
Aaron Daniel Jacob is a composer, writer, director, and singer. After studying filmmaking in college, he pursued work as a professional music editor thought independent contracting at Disney TV Animation. He has been a session singer at Disney for over a decade, contributing vocals to Phineas and Ferb, Milo Murphy's Law, The Lion Guard, and Sofia the First, among others. Aaron has also works as a Script Coordinator for feature-length animated films.

Emily-Mae Kamp
Creative Manager
On top of assisting with the curation of content and choreography for our programs, Emily-Mae Kamp is also a junior at USC. She's currently studing theatre with an emphasis in acting, while minoring in dance at the Glorya Kaufman School of Dance.
